Yes. You can apply to as many jobs as you like. You can only submit one application per job listing. Duplicate submissions are blocked automatically.
Go to My Applications in your account. Every application you've submitted is listed there with its current status. You'll see one of five statuses: Pending (received, not yet reviewed), Reviewed, Interviewed, Hired, or Rejected.
Pending means your application was received and is waiting to be reviewed. Reviewed means the employer has looked at your application. Interviewed means they've noted that you have been or will be interviewed. Hired means congratulations, you got the role. Rejected means the employer has decided not to proceed with your application.

Yes. You can update your profile and upload a new CV at any time from My Profile. Updating your profile does not change CVs you have already submitted. Applications use the file you uploaded at the time of submission.
CVs attached to applications are stored for 90 days from the date you applied. Your profile CV (saved to your account) remains until you replace or delete it.
At this time there is no self-serve withdrawal option. If you need to withdraw an application, contact the employer directly using the contact details on their job listing.
Response times vary by employer and role. hired.gd facilitates the connection but has no control over how quickly individual employers respond. Keep an eye on your Applications page for status updates.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a minute and try again. Magic links expire after 15 minutes. Make sure you're using the same email address you registered with. If problems persist, try a different browser or device.
